Arimidex.....

With HRT I am taking 1/4 Arimidex EOD. I still however still have some water retention and have to put up with some acne in my neck and shoulders, small amount but anoying,,, should I up the dose to 1/2 EOD? I figure that since I am suseptable to gyno and water retention, I need it, but on HRT at 400 mg a month would not need much dex? higher dose clear up WR and Acne?

everyone is diffrent ....increase your water intake and play with the dose a little . I found it didn't do much for the bloat for me letrozole was great.

I'm on 1mg ed, still carrying around 5lbs of water on 500mg test enan for 10 weeks. That was too much dose early on, but I increased as necessary, and used nolva 20mg for 3 days to reduce the bloat while waiting for the extra adex to have effect.
