I seem to hit the nerve in my glute easier than in my quad. I love shooting the quad

I hit a nerve yesterday and it made my whole butt muscle contract involuntarly...
    I had to start over.
Just remember that once you have the needle injected, to give a (gentle) little pull back on the plunger... if no blood draws into the needle, then you are in the muscle, and it is safe. If you pull back on the plunger and there is blood, start over... you are in a vien!
I shot into a vien once... i sweated like mad, then I could Actually Taste the juice in my mouth! Everything was alright in a few miniutes though...

Also, if you are injecting into your butt, stay away from the ass crack area. That is where the sciatic nerve is. The siatic nerve is a biggie and you'll know if you hit it or not... I never have, and I hope I never do...

i remember one time i was shooting prop on the glute and i injected into a knot i guess where i had shot before , it could have been a nerve im not sure however it hurt, it didnt hurt really bad but bad enough for me to yank the pin out before i could think about it like a immediate reaction, i always though i hit a knot could it have been that i hit a nerve. (in short a injected into a sore spot, like a bruise)?

i think your body reacts way before the needle actually touches a nerve.. if you come close to one you'll know and won't want to go any further.

I've hit a nerve in my thigh from time to time. I just push through it or back off and inject. no problem.
