All I want to know is if Clen is more effective 1 week on 1 week off, or 2 weeks on 2 weeks off. I have gotten mixed answers from people I know so I want to hear it from all of you. I was thinking 2 weeks on 2 weeks off, but tell me if Im wrong. I also understand diet is just as important but that isnt a problem for me. I just need my question answered. Thank you.
