Alright ive been on Test E @500mg and Deca @ 300mg for 1 week and gained over 5lbs, i know its water. but what week will i start gaining muscle????
im doing test for 14 weeks and deca for 12 weeks
and when it kicks in will it be really obvious to tell????
I wldn't say obvious, but u will know it... shld kick in anywhere from week 4 to 6 I wld think.... just concentrate on eating well, training right, and getting enough rest... as long as your gear is legit the gains will come....

keep us updated. I just finished my 11 shot of test e. am doing 250 mg 2x week for 12 weeks. I am up about 15 lbs. For the last two weeks i have noticed alot of of gains in my shoulders , upper back and my chest. Three people have told me the last 2 days that i am looking bigger. I have put 1/2"-5/8" inch on arms. They dont know i am juicing. They may suspect though. One friend called me dianabol boy this morning. LOL. Oh well. They only bummer is i have lost some definition in my abs. I will worry about that later. The biggest obstacel i am having is making sure i eat enough, its tuff sometimes. I am 6'3 217 about 13%bf, i started out 202 11%bf. I am 34 yeatrs old. Not meant to hijack your thread, just FYI.
