    PCT sickness

    It seems like i alwasy see people posting about how pissed they are because they got sick during pct n losst there gains, i mean after about 5 or 6 it gets alittle suspicious, ne corrilation?

    you should expect to lose a bit of your gains during PCT, but those who lose them all quit eating and working out. if PCT is done correctly, the majority of gains should be kept. you don't feel great during the process, but those who know how to identify the way thier feeling can usually get through it.

    whats the usual doses in which pct is taken during each week?

    depends on what your going to run.

    Clomid at 100mg ED and nolva 20mg ED for at least 1 month or until fully recovered. These are the two most common with normal duration cycles (12 weeks or less). If you are going to run an extended cycle (past 12 weeks), you should have some HCG on hand. When you have a steroid that shut you down hard, like tren , have HCG available as well. If you have the cash, supplements like tribulus and tongkat ali can be added to help restore natural test levels.
