i've been using clen/keto and t3 for a few weeks w/ good success. i added mohn to the mix a couple weeks ago and noyiced more fat around waist and h2o retention (ankles are swollen big-time) can the mohn be prostagenic and cause the fat storage and h2o reten. that i have now??
side note: i am on a strict diet-low gi carbs and protein w/ some unsat. fats along w/ 1hr cardio ed 70%mhr
