    nolva?

I am sure this question has been asked and answered many times before here but I want somebody's personal experience. Does taking nolvadex affect your gains? I don't want to take it if it does unless I "have to". However, if it doesn't hurt I will start now. Thanks in advance for any info on this subject.

Some say it does some say it doesnt.

For me personally i say yes it does effect my gains. Why? because it kills my appetite. Dont know the reason why but i presume because it has and estrogenic effect in the liver and estrogen decreases appetite.

No, it won't hinder gains in any way.

    What are you running?

Nolva can lower IGF levels. This can hinder gains.

Also most testosterone compounds rely on some estrogen to be effective. If the Nolva reduces estrogen too much the effectiveness of the compound is reduced thus hindering gains.

In my experience it does hinder gains but if you dont take it you run the gyno risk. So, its really a personal choice.
