    My Bulking Cycle

    Starting my bulk cycle next week. I weigh 200 lbs as of last night. Up 24 lbs from Oct 29. Wanting to put on another good 30 lbs. Next show isn't till June or Aug, so I am ready to pack it on. Wanting to come in at the 185, 190 lb range come show time. That would be a good 10 lb increase from last one. Here is what I am planning on running...

    D-bol 40mg ed week 1-4

    Test-e 500mg ew week 1-16

    Deca 400mg ew week 1-16

    Eq 500mg ew week 1-16

    dont know if i would run deca and eq together..i get a much more bulky, bloated bulk on deca, and a lean, vascular bulk w eq..so i would do one or the other, but i really try to keep my bulking and cutting seperate..maybe some igf-1lr3 in there? hcg ?

    test e 500mg EW -1-14

    not bad, are you using the eq for the hunger effects? If not then drop it and drop the deca a week early perhaps use some prop at the end of the cycle to leading to PCT such as:

    weeks1-4 dbol 40mg ed
    weeks1-15 deca 400mg ew
    weeks1-16 test 500mg ew
    weeks1-16 eq 500mg (im not sure on the timing of eq u may have to drop it the same time as deca)
    weeks16- 1 to 2 days b4 pct, prop 75mgs ed

    Zapp - I'm with you bro....I got the same stack minus the deca ....test/eq/dbol . Wanted to get my training and diet 110% in line first, what's your diet and routone look like?

    I'm thinking......AT 6'2, 175 AND 7%, I NEED ABOUT 4,000-4,100 CALS EVEN THOUGH I HAVE A DESK JOB......SO, MAYBE 4000PRO, 300-350CARBS, 100FAT

    TRAIN
    P/C SHAKE
    P/C MEAL
    P/F SHAKE
    BED

    CARDIO 2-3 X A WEEK, 45MINUTES ON BIKE, LOW INTENSITY

    I like that approach.The few extra weeks on the cycle Zapp posted won't really do much.Better off cutting it down(time wise) and recover.In the long run,this will do you good.

    Flex, once and for all.

    If you continue to disguise the same questions over and over again, and also do so in the WRONG FORUMS to go as far as breakin' that rule AND HIJACKING someone else's legit thread, you will be suspended AGAIN.
