Is it best to drink a protein shake pre and post workout or just post? If it is also good to drink a pre-training shake, how long before training would you drink it? I read that anyone using AAS should take advantage of a shake containing 20g protein pre and post. Thoughts?
i drink pre and post workout as well. i usually will drink it about an hour before workout
i personally eat 3 packets of oatmeal and 2 8oz chicken breasts 1 1/2 before my workout..i'm already having 3 shakes a day..i dont see an extra benefit of having a shake pre workout too
i take one pre, post and before i go to sleep.and get like 30g's not 20...
