Nolvadex- yes/no

I just started this cycle yesterday;

Test E 13 weeks 500mg/wk
EQ 12 weeks 400mg/wk
DBOL jumpstart 30mg/day weeks 1-4

My main concern is gyno. My friends are saying wait until my nips feel sensitive to start the nolvadex . Are they correct in saying to wait or should I start taking in like 10 mg of nolva. I also have ARR L-dex

personaly id start to take it with the course, prevention is better than the cure

I usually have 20mg ed from the start of the cycle stright though and throughout PCT as well
