Giambi's Before and After
I'm sure it was just an overdose of creatine and HMB

It's not like those 2 pics were only a year or two appart. That first one he is WAY young! Looks like about a decade of hard training....

Funny thing is.....after all the congressional hearings and all, he had indeed lost weight, went through a slump then came back with a bang and was one of the most productive Yankees in the second half of the season. Probably only on GH and slin now so they can't detect. LOL

are some of u guys trying to deny that he used steroids ? come on...
he was asking what do u think he was on to acheive the results up to the pic of him winning the HR derby a couple years ago. It was over a long period of time but baseball players dont exactly have a lot of time during the year to make gain, typically about 3-4 months tops in the offseason so making gains like that over the course of years is still something to question.

he is def a juicer. anyone read canseco's book? I agree he could have gained alot naturally because he was young in that pic. But look at his frame. He could not look how he looks naturally. It is obvious steroids is/was a big part of baseball.

that could easily be gained naturally over the years... just by eating more and getting into a hard training program

He definately used something, but you have to realize his goals are different than that of a bodybuilder. You have to have some flexability to play baseball.
And you really can't compare pics that are over 10 years apart.

However Giambi has already admitted to using steroids so whats to question... we know the truth end of story!!!!!!!!

I talked to him in person and he definitely looks like a juicer in person. (sometimes he would get a bad case of moon face... really bloated)
He admitted to the grand jury that he bought and took Deca , Testosterone and clomid from a person in a Las Vegas Gym. He also said the only thing he ever got from Victor Conte (Balco) was GH. He said he never took the Cream or the Clear.
The reason he had to tell the truth to the Grand Jury is because he knew they had his records from Balco in their hands. Better to be called a juicer/cheater than to go to prison, IMO.
