    lethargic on gear

why do i always feel lethargic as hell on cycle. I just want to curl up and go night night. No motivation to do anything. Once i get to the gym i'm fine but it is hard to get me there.

Maybe it is the changing of the weather... you are going into hybernation mode. Just a theory.

Try taking a natural energy supplement...maybe something with ginseng to help. There are also natural mood enhancers. Moodiness seems normal on AAS. What are you cycling? Doses?

guys this is do to a couple things . The body is trying to run at a high anabolic rate day and night. The increase in food intake takes alot out of you too. I recommend digestive enzymes with every meal and dietary fiber in your shakes. Throw in B12 injections every day and you will be feeling much better. Be sure yor getting 8 hours or sleep 5-htp. will help you sleep better.

I feel like that on every cycle. It has forever made me look in the mirror and say, " you like the way you feel asshole" and is it worth it.

i agree with the b-12 suggestion. i've been running it for 6wks now ed and feel good once i wake up, it helps ur diet and is also good for cutting shots if ur sensitive to stuff, especially prop.

And what if my dog ain't in the mood, i won't go to the gym?? No seriously, just tell yourself it's an average day and that will go away wile you're pumping iron! that happens sometimes and taht's the way it is, we ain't machines, but will is something very useful sometimes.
