B-12 Shots?

i know that b-12 is big in mlb and i was wondering how you can obtain it....is it legal? and does it work? any info would be great....

If you live in canada you can get it OTC, if you live in the USA you cant get it OTC so buying it online would be your best bet. ARR sells it. IMHO I find it to be useless, they say it increases appetite a bit but i didnt notice anyhting when I took it.

it definitely helps me. it gives u more energy, makes u feel alert & it helps aid in muscle development. i take 1ml eod shot.

u gotta be careful when using b12, ur tongue and or throat could swell from using too much. My throat actually did swell and I was snoring like a damn bear a night. A friend gets my b12 from the doc's office she works at and she warned me of this and I didnt listen. Be safe Bro.

Not a good buy for sure. Only poor diets or absorption problems warrant its use.

i would recommed using it if you appetite is down abit, it does work for me,its a good addition to any diet
