This is the min. that I wld do....
week 1-12 test e or c @ 500mg/week
week 1-10 deca @ 400mg/week
this wld be better though....
Week 1-15 test e or c @ 500mg/week
Week 1-14 deca @ 400mg/week
Splitting your doses and shooting twice a week (every 3.5 days)
