I am 27 years old, 6'4", 241. I'm not sure about my bodyfat, but I'm pretty lean. Anyway, I've never taken anything in my life aside from creatine/protein powder, etc. I can currently bench 355, and I was wondering what I should start out with. I would prefer to keep it fairly light as to avoid any side effects. I've done some research, but I turn to you guys.
