ANY ADVICE FOR A NOVICE bulker CYCLE OF TEST.I'm 26 5'8 190lbs and about 12%bf. I'M GOING TO START RUNNING TEST CYPIONATE@300Mgs/WK WITH NOLVA 15Mgs/day and will run prper pct W/clomid @ the end of course. how does that look to u guys? also would it be safe to do a mile of cardio maybe once/wk just to offset any extra fat that the the extra eating +test may cause?
