if you inject properly you shouldnt have any pain from test e and also it should be injected twice a week i wouldnt recomend it any other way so that 250 mg every 3.5 days and id recoment 12-15 weeks also run nolva 10mg daily through out the cycle, quad injection should be done with 1 inch needle 23g should be good and for nolva only pct, 14 days after last test shot take 40mg nolva for 14 days followed by 14 days on 20mg nolva i prefare nolva onle cause clomid is hard on me.

i shoot test e into glutes with 1.5" 22g.... can go smaller gague needle but id definately use a 1.5"
