ALA Question?

I'm in the process of taking a home made Cell Tech along with my Test and Deca stack, and just want to know if I should take the ALA in the capsule or open in and dump the powder in the mix of creatine, protein, milk, and dextrose. Thanks.

I don't think its necessary to dump your ala in your creatine mix. Either way your body will absorb it in a capsule or not. Gimme more info on your home made cell tech.

ALA powder tastes bad. Keep it in the cap.

Home made Cell Tech = 10g of Creatine, 75g of dextrose and 500 mg of ALA! I also mix it with Whey and milk

DAMN, that's got to be hard on the stomach bro.

if your doing what you say,......then just take the capsules when you do the creatine,... because IMO it would be hard to be sure you were getting exactly 500mg of ALA, if you were to open the them and try to mix them in,...........I coulda swore I read somewhere your body can only handle so much creatine in a single serving,... and the rest would be pissed out in your urine (I think 5gm's not sure about the # though)....

To tell you the truth, I feel like throwing up for the next hour or so after each serving. I really hate sweets, and this mix is extremly SWEET! I also hate the way the ALA burns my pharynx and my esophagus on its way down. :confused:

I know the feeling....
