for me the only resolution was time.. I had a bad one that had me out of commission for weeks. it was sore all the way to my knee and red and warm. it eventually went away. heat makes it feel better but i dont think it resolves it.
yea quad is bad...i just had this problem, was this your first shot perhaps...ok, the pain is gonna go away in 6-7 days. The lump has gone all the way yet, its been like day 10-11. keep heating pad on it, and use ibeprofen 600mg-800mgs as an anti-inflammatory..should help, just man it up for the rest of the week, itll get better...Quote:

Do this...mix em, same shot wont hurt. but why quad..glute is so easy, and you shouldnt be putting more than 2cc in your quad IMOQuote:
