What would you recommend for a noobs first cycle. 5'9'' 166lbs. I wanna gain at least 20lbs of muscle. If you can include D-bol or deca in te first cycle that would be great!

You really need to get your weight up there. If you look at the posts of experienced people they always say they would like to have waited and gotten to their natural potential....shoot for...maybe...215?

Even better, post a typical days diet for us. More than likely this will point out your problem areas so we can help.

and sample of weeks workout with amount of sets for each muscle part.
