    Recomend?

    What would you recommend for a noobs first cycle. 5'9'' 166lbs. I wanna gain at least 20lbs of muscle. If you can include D-bol or deca in te first cycle that would be great!

    Food is much more anabolic than any drug you could use. At your weight, that would be my choice.

    You really need to get your weight up there. If you look at the posts of experienced people they always say they would like to have waited and gotten to their natural potential....shoot for...maybe...215?

    Agreed, but if you do choose to do one I'd go with a test only cycle. 20lbs is a possibility if your training and diet are in check.

    wrong forum. go to the diet and work questions forum, and all your questions will be answered. at this point, you do not even need anabolic steroids in order to make the gains your set at. get a solid, clean diet with a smart routine and 20 lbs will be a quick road.

    and sample of weeks workout with amount of sets for each muscle part.
