    best advice to anyone who hasnt got a lot of cycles under his belt is = NO its not good to stay on all year round, time on = time off is far better than running all year at your stage

    David Palumbo made mention in his column in MD that you should take at least 8 weeks off AAS each year. He wasn't talking about pros but to his readers.
