Does it matter where I inject?

If I repeatedly inject in the same exact spot every time i hit delts, or quads, does that matter, pros/cons? I usually hit my delts into accordance to a birth mark or something because I know I won't hit any veins or nerves. Thanks

I do rotate regularly, but I was just curious. SO not only should I rotate body parts, but also where on the specific bodypart I inject?

Good question. I've got another injection coming up tonight and I hit my Right Glute last Monday. It feels fine (small bit of swelling, HARDLY noticeable) and I was wondering if I go 2" away from the site, could I still shoot there? Most other sites are still sore because of 'virgin muscle' and my body getting used to Prop's alcohol. So could I shoot an inch or two away from where I shot on my Right Glute tonight?

Also, by NEXT Monday, do you think any pain or soreness will go away within a day? By that, I mean will the 'virgin muscle' issue be resolved and will my body be so used to Prop alcohol by then, it won't hardly hurt at all the next day?

Yes.. if you keep injecting the same spot it is more likely to build up scar tissue. The size pin you use makes a diff. too. 25gauge shouldnt leave scarring. I prefer 22g though.

wont hurt to move around on the same muscle just check to see if you have any blood before you fire it. I use to hit upper outside glute all the time and got some good scar tissue now I use the lower glute but am careful to avoid the nerve. I also rotate delts side and rear heads and some times quad but it tends to screw with my leg workouts so I dont use that area much. Use tri's for HCG and water base stuff
