Just taking an estrogen blocker all by itself, you will see(if it works)elevated test levels, nothing drastic but still elevated. As far as which supplement works best, I couldn't tell you that, you try this in the supplement forum those guys really know their shiat.
hmmm, from what ive research, but never tried it, my grandmother actually takes it for her breast cancer. the Arimidex 1mg ed, some poeple take 1mg eod...but this stuff is REALLY expensive. not always true, but i always see whats more expensive, and less mg, must be the best? right? well not always, but look up arimidex.

Oh sorry, you wanted a blocker. Nolvadex would be a good choice. It's also dirt cheap.
I agree, I am a big fan of adex(ldex)myself, but I think he's talking about OTC supplements.
I want to take whatever will take the fatty deposits out of my chest.
I dont care what it is, I just want those fatty deposits out.
Letro is supposed to do that
If you are referring to simply chest fat.Diet and cardio is the only thing to rid fatty deposits.You can take all the anti estrogens you want.They won't help in that department.Quote:

Old school chiming in, block all angles of estrogen influence with nolva 20mg ED and proviron 50mg ED. Now that Tough Old Man is gone, I'm gonna have to chime in with the old school approach. I gotta work on being nasty though.
