    hot yoga on cycle

    one of my buds convinced me to try this hot yoga shit. Needless to say i was skeptical. Anyway about ten minutes in to this i have got a crazy pump going and feeling good. Turns out this is just what iwas looking for to aid in my cutting cylce. I sweat my ass off more than on a run or cardio machines. what do you guys think has anyone else incorporated this into their routines before?

    At my gym after hours we all go and do naked yoga. Its a real good time.

    just kidding, bro. yogo is supposed to be great for flexibility, muscle fiber strength and meeting hot chicks. i wish i had the time to try it out. i'm sure that with yoga the chances of tearing a muscle during weight lifting.

    i do yoga twice a week. i get really good pumps and i feel really good until i fall asleep at night afterwards. it's really relaxing, plus like igifuno said there's always gonna be some 'gina chillin out at the yoga class.
