this is some potent stuff.. usuallt for am cardio i need to work decently hard to get my hr up to 65%. but with clen, its soooo easy. should i work harder nevertheless or stay at 65% while working half assed
ps....i feel pretty silly doing elliptical at low resistance at only like 130rpm
