    good second cycle?

    a bombs 6 weeks ,test e 12 weeks eq 300mg 12weeks -4i.u. HGH 10 weeks(insulin ) also and 20mg novy 13 weeks?

    6 ft 255 32years old first was 500 test e 10 weeks abombs 50mgs 6weeks and crashed with no pst

    Well at least you know what you have to do now. 6 weeks on abombs is pretty long, even though I have never ran them myself. I would just stick to 4 weeks. DO you have PCT in order?

    Yeah, your gains should be good. What dosage test e, you didnt say? 500mgs?

    Diet:

    MEAL #1 - 10 eggs white
    (4 Slices whole-wheat w/2 tbs. Lite Peanut butter)
    -or- 2 Packets oatmeal


    MEAL #2 - 100 Grams Pro Complex
    6-8 frozen strawberries & 1-cup blueberries
    ½ Banana 1 scoop Cell Mass


    MEAL #3 - 8oz. Chicken, Turkey, or Fish
    2 cups whole-wheat pasta or 1 large sweet potato
    1 serv. Green vegetable (1-2 cups)


    MEAL #4 - 8oz. White meat or lean red meat
    (pre workout) 1 ½ cup brown rice
    2 veggies


    MEAL #5 - 100 Grams Pro Complex
    (post workout) 6-8 frozen strawberries & 1-cup blueberries
    ½ Banana 1 scoop Cell Mass


    MEAL #6 - 10 egg whites or 8oz. Lean meat
    1 ½ cup brown rice
    2 cups mixed fruit



    Hydration: 1 gallon + non-workout days
    1 ½ gallon + workout days

    Mr. NYC don't you think 300 mgs of EQ is a little underdosed. IMO it needs to be raised to at least 600mgs.

    It warrants consideration. Being it's only his second cycle I didn't say much about it. He could in (theory) go to 500/600 on equipoise .

    While I'm at it, you mentioned serious gains Monkeyboy. Drink a protein shake with a 2 to 1 ratio of protein to carbs with each solid meal and watch yourself grow.

    yup, that'll do it. Earlier when I said avoid too many shakes, I meant the shake being the only thing in the meal, no actual food.

    no, no, not at all, I consider those very minor changes. Diet looks very good overall, I think you could eat a lil more than that

    I suggest you take a trip over to the HGH/IGF/ slin forum, because insulin is not something you want to mess with if you don't know exactly what you are doing.
