    Comming off the roids

    I still don't know how I feel about steroids . I want to say that I just want to do one cycle to give my body an edge, but what happens after steroids? If I come off of them and continue working out with proper diet and weight training will I lose all my significant gains from the steroids> I'm shooting for men's health cover guy look. I'm 5'8 165, and I want to be about 192 with at least 6to8 percent body. I also want to know if by doing one cycle will I see these kind of gains. Please help educate me on steroids with all your experiences.

    I would shift your mindset from creating your ideal body from steroid use to starting to get very serious about diet and training.

    haha, thats just my avatar, username is chest6. You use them once you have reached your natural genetic potential, when upping your calories, and changing your routine while keeping it intense countless time has gotten you nowhere, and you cant bust past that final plateau.

    sounds like you are gonna do what you're gonna do. Just realize you may make gains during cycle, but if you fail to PCT and eat properly afterwards, they will most likely subside. Trust me, diet is 80% of gaining mass.
