NO.

Actually in some instances it is widely theorized that AAS can increase penis size(there are no studies on this subject). There is also evidence that growth factors may also facilitate penile growth.

Id say this is applicable in the Pre-teens maybe early teens..

Not many adults will benifit from it aside from harder fuller erections when on Test.

Yes its possible if the steroid is an estrogen

agree, though even in adults there can be some impact (obviously less than with developing individuals)

So much for using medicine for "medical necessities". i hate fags. AAS do not shrink the penis, no mechanism for this to occur.

No, steroids will only atrophy the size of the testicles. If anything, the test will give you better erections. Thus, the appearance of bigger unit.
