Test should be the base for almost every cycle..... there are a few I can see not using test in..........

Now for a novice test is going to give you the best gains.

for a first cycle u can't go wrong with test e or c.... 500mg/week...if your diet and training are tight u will grow like a weed......

you want to go up to 500/600 mgs. I used test e and c for my first cycle and no anti-e and I gained 25lbs in 10 weeks and only lost 5 lbs when I came off.

if u are going to run sus then the injection frequency changes.... eod or every 3 days... i wldn't run sus. I wld go with test e or c....

i was guna go test e.. then read all the sideeffects and bugged out even though sus isnt much of a difference hhaha. but now it basically comes down either way im guna juice and its not typically good for u in the first place. WHO CARESSSSSSS
