First time here, and I have some questions. Here are the stats.
35yrs old. 5'7 tall. 187lbs. solid. Been working out on and off since I was 14. Been hitting it hard and steady for almost 2yrs. Once I got to 180 I've always maintained the weight. Finally I decided to do a cycle. Currently I'm on Deca and Test and I'm on wk 8. Although I didn't have the Test when I started the cycle- I got on the test around wk 4 or wk 5. Even though I've only gained 7lbs I'm trying for the results to not be obvious. Don't want the wife to know. But the muscle gains are great. Same for the strength. Some of my questions are:
1.After my 1st cycle I heard I should wait 6wks before starting the next cycle. (not going to take anything for the 6wks) this sound right?
2. For the 2nd cycle I'm thinking of Deca, Dbol and Test, but from what I read, it will probably be hard to keep the gains looking "normal". I understand you blow the hell up with Dbol right?
