    what do u guys do

    so ok the day ive been run of my feet with hardly no food just breakfast and a protein shake i train about 5.30ish but feel its pointles since i have not ate much .then i was just going 2 load the food in after my workout i no this is wrong but have u guys ever had dayz like this n wat would u do ...shal i just take a notherday off or wat...

    Eat more the next day....problem solved.
    This isn't steroid related...more like diet forum type of question.
