    Nolvadex

    My nips were getting a little, actually quite itchy, and a little puffy, so I started running nolvadex , I ran it at 60mg the first day and then lowered it to 20mg ED. Everything is under control now no itchyness and no puffyness, do you think it would be OK to lower the dose to 10mg ED or should I keep it at 20mg.

    you could lower it and then if a problem starts you could bump it back up, at which point you would know you should stay at that dose.

    IMO run it through the cycle at 20mg ED; you already know you're having problems.
