    Quick ? About Var

    I am about to start taking my Var and I believe I saw a thread stating that they should be taken with Grapefruit Juice? I can't find the thread and I was curious if this is true and why?

    Grapefruit juice is suppose to help with absorption but I don't think there is any significant difference to be honest.
