18 and only lifting for 3 months... I would not attempt to do steroids right now. Get your diet to gain or cut straitened out. Get your training straitened out. Look for roid use after you are sure your body is fully developed(hpta endocrinology etc...).
I know, im not doing them now, i just asked what would be the best steroid for gains in swimming...

First off I eat tons of protien and carbs in a balanced diet, I was bulking but now im cutting due to the fact that swimming cuts me, should i try some finaplix or deca? Or should i stick to a legal sup like NO-Xplode?

Even if you were ready I wouldn't suggest deca. The water bloat you get from it aint gonna help your swimming one damn bit.

Training is everything with swimming, trust me I know . . .
I swam for 14 years (6 hours a day w/ weight training 4 times a week & dryland/running 3 times a week). You must work hard through every single workout - building endurance while focusing on your stroke technique.
I had Olympic Trail cuts in 3 events and swam in college for 2 years before burning out . . . steroids will take you backwards . . . I've seen guys do it.
Swimming is NOT football . . . don't try and take the easy way b/c it will not make you better.
Put in some hard work, eat right, exercise right, and rest right & at 18 you have plenty of time to do it . . . w/o roids
