I have just ordered a bottle of Liquid Clen..
It comes in a bottle 200mcg/ml- 60ml

And you are saying take Benadryl every thrid week for the WHOLE week only at night??
Is that correct?
Also, would it be smart to take Liquidex for my chest and nipple areas along with Liquid Clen?
Your help would be greatly appreciated here!!

He hasn't posted here in a long time so you might be waiting long for him to respond.

Yes, you would run benadryl for the week. At night would be smart since it will make your drowzy.

On the liquidex..... if the problem is estrogen related fat deposits then yes this could help alsong with diet and cardio. If it's gyno related then Letro would be better.

Just remember you can use clen and whatever else you want but without a clean diet and cardio it's just a waste.

So run the Benadryl every third week the whole entire 7 days...How much a day? Basically one dose at night of how much?

Clen
Seasman
Thermorexin
Yohimburn ES
Glucorell R
Diet and 1 hour of running every morning on empty stomach
Should I take the Clen, seasman, thermorexin, and glucorell R all before I run in the morning?
I do not believe I have Gyno...they just seem a little flabby and my nips seem a little puffy..that is why I was considering the Liquidex..
