need help with cycle please!!
hey huys, i've gained 6 pounds so far in my 8 week sust eq cycle, well i gained 8 pounds and lost 2 the last week i think thats because i started taking proviron that week so the 2 pound loss was water wieght... but im not seeing the gains i expected my diet is in check and my work out routine is fine the only problem is i stopped working my legs because of a knee problem maybe thats the reason? i dont know, what do you think any suggestions will be aprecciated.
p.s. should i up my calorie intake?

I wld think either your diet really isn't in check or your gear is fake... most of the time it's the diet... or possible over training....
What's your stats? and how many cals/ grams of protein are u taking in everyday?

i am 5' 8'' 185 aprx 12% bf im taking aprox 250 grams of protein per day and aorund 300-400 grams of carbs a day...im very carb sensitive so thats only what i need maybe i should increase my protein intake you think? i dont think my gear is fake because a friend of mine used the same sust (durateston from brazil) and it worked fine i guess..the eq can be the problem here but i have the eq hunger and i'm way more vascular so again i doint think my gear is fake. about training im doing the dorian yates hit version and it has worked very well before my cycle and during it i get sore on cycle something i didn't see often on my past cycles

i eat every 2 hours maybe i need some more food...test is at 500 mg per week now at start it was just 250 and at the end it probably be like that cause im VERY prone to acne and bloating, bloating is under control with a low sodium diet and with proviron the acne is the problem the chicks don't dig it neither do i..until now is not that bad so maybe i still keep the 500 mg a week til problems start

Take more gear isnt that the right answer Ha HA, Protein shakes are very important , but you need to learn your body type so you can know how to feed yourself(not literally) In other words keep listening to your body so you learn how your body reacts to certain amount of training and cardio a week and how much food you need to maitain AND then STILL GROW AND REPAIR NEW MUSCLE.There is a genral formula but conecting the mind to the muscle (training) to the food to the rest and recovery. it takes a while to get down but just keep working at it and learn from your mistakes , weather its what you ate good or bad , what went right in the gym and what didnt work , also use the mirror , the scale tells me how much I weight but not if it looks good and is symetrical.

thanks for the replies even for the fun ones haha but im still freaking out here im eating a whole dish of beans with rice right now my next meal is 500 grams of red meat im going tu buy more whey protein today i hope i start to see some serious gains from now on...im on the 6th week of my cycle and today my weight is...182 pounds WTF???!!!! hell i've been eating like this on my past cycles and i've gained way more weight than this one and both of them were deca only and eq winstrol ..no test...i know it was teh wrong thing to do but now that i've seen the light here i thought i was going to gain alot more muscle...my friends keep telling me i look bigger the girls too even my measurments are increasing and my muscles are in better shape and look fuller but the weight isn't increasing

bump...any more opinions? stop working legs could be a factor? i think my gear is fake too
