my friend asks me and i dont know so i thought id ask. when injecting in the arm he was told to divide it. so if he was doing 2ml do 1 ml in each arm. if doing 1 ml a week do .5 in each arm to keep arms even. would there be a difference if he did it in his left arm one week and his right the next?
Just alternate between arms.

correct delts. so instead of having to do two shots he could just rotate each arm weekly? he is only doing 1 ml a week and it is sus 250.
Yeah... but i wld mix other muscles into the rotation... quads are cake...
