    clen + flue

    I havent found anything on this topic.. Im wondering if u should quit eating clen for those days if u happen to get ill in the middle of a clen cycle. My logic tells me yes but if anyone knows more enlighten me.

    dude you are probably ill from the clen ...i got so sick from it but eventually it wears off and you get a stuffy nose every now and then...i was getting headaches, sore throat, coughing, runny nose...after a few days and lots of vitamin C it went away. dont stop the clen im on day 14 and going off tomorrow and ive had great results so far.
