Any advice for a D - Bol only cycle

I'm looking for some advice on doing my first cycle. I'm a 35 y.o. male that has been working out on and off for about 15 years. I'm 6' 2'', 210, approx 20% body fat and my diet is good. I'm looking to make and keep some decent gains and I've heard conflicting reports on just a d - bol only cycle. Should I go ahead with what I've got? (100 metahapoctehonoh 5 mg tabs, in Russian blister pack) Also, I'm thinking that I should have something like clomid on hand to fight off estogen levels at end of cycle? Any, comments would help.

first of all i would try to get below a 14% bf and first cycle do Test 1-12 weeks @ 500mg and do a little research of pct

Total waste of money, I found that out the hard way.

Chuck some Test in with it.

if 20% bf seems high than I must be at a % that is lower than that because I'm actully pretty lean...should I just go with the novice cycle as a good guide?

IMO, you should do a test only cycle 400-500mgs/ wk for 10-12 wks and proper pct.

you have to do some sort of test with it.....sus250 or test e.

It seems like test only is the dominate theme here for a first cycle. What about Clomid coming off the cycle? Any suggestions? Or maybe a sample cycle with amounts & frequency?

PCT start times:

Sustanon: 18 days after last injection
Testosterone Cypionate: 18 days after last injection
Testosterone Enanthate: 14 days after last injection
Testosterone Propionate: 3 days after last injection
Testosterone Suspension: 24 hours after last administration


100mgs clomid + 20mgs of nolva for 15 days
50 mgs clomid + 20mgs of nolva for another 15

all you have is 100 tabs? thats really not very much bro. if you were to run it at 25 mgs a day(which is a pretty low dose), that would only last you for 20 days. you should know that dbol will significantly raise your estrogen levels, so you need to do at least 20 mgs a day of tomoxifen, preferably 30-40. also, if you want to keep your gains, then you should run clenbuterol during pct. clomid is also a must

Thanks guys! I'm going to get a body fat check so I can get a baseline to start with and then do some more research for a first time cycle. Maybe start up in a month or so....
