    need a little help

    hey guys, a friend of mine just got back to the gym... he took a couple of months off and lost some muscle mass...hes gonna hit the gym hard for the next couple of months and wants to do a cycle...he wants to put on about 20 lbs....what type of cycle would you suggest.

    Stats are: 6ft. tall, 14%bf, 183 for weight

    I wouldnt suggest a cycle for a person who stops and starts alot.

    ok as usual... stats? a little more info? cycle history??? he sounds like he hasnt done many if any cycles if he has somone looking into it for him.. shit hasnt changed much in 20 years so its all still pretty much the same gear.. NOW... my advice is 500 mg of sust, omna or test e a week for 12 weeks.. and throw in 50 mg of dbol a day for 6 weeks.. that should get him 20 lbs.. if he wants more throw in 10 weeks of deca .. other then that i dunno what to tell ya.

    and before somone jumps in.. PCT also.. i just asume people know this already.. i mean you can read every other post and it says the same shit.
