PCT for Sust 250 based on my specifics

Hey Guys:
I did a search and there is some good info on Sust PCT. But I wanted to get some input based on my particulars:

Bodyweight 235 (6'4")
Age 42
Ran Sust at 250 mg per week, for 15 weeks. (goals were modest gains and were achieved)

Last injection was 10 days ago.

Ran (and still run) Nolva at 20 mg per day for Gyno
Ran (and still run) Arimidex at .25 mg per day. I run arimidex even off cycle, because I run finasteride year round.

For PCT can I just bump up the Nolva to 50 mg per day or so ? Do I weight until 14 to 18 days after last injection ?

I assume I do not need Clomid due to low dose of Sust (dose is especially low when you consider my bodyweight)

Keep it at 20mg, nolva is better then clomid, wait 3 weeks after last injection and run it until your sex drive is back in full swing

i'am with jhonny b some say 18 day's to start pct after sust but 21 is the way to go

Nolva will work but I would at least use 40 to 60mg....... and it's 18 days after the last sust injection
