aas & nutrition question
i am a question but not sure whether to post here of in the nutrition forum.
my question is this
if i were on test prop for 500 mg a week. i should consumer 1-1.5 grams protein per pound body weight etc.......
if i were on test prop for 1000 mg a week should i consume more than the recommended protein carb etc......
if not then how would increasing dosage actually help getting better gains.

i agree but i usually on stay at around 500mg or so that is why i never actually thought about it. and i never here anybody talking about it.
everywhere i look consuming protein is dependant upon body weight.
shouldn't it be dependant upon how much aas you are on?

what i mean is i see 1-1.5 grams per pound of weight
what i don't see is 1-1.5 grams per 500mgs or if you are on 700 mgs you should be consuming 1.5-2 grams.
how about now? better or no

ok fine people don't answer the question. i guess this is a stupid one but i still can't figure it out.
