How much protein should one be consuming while on a cycle? Is there any 'rule of thumb' for consumption? I thought I read somewhere that you should be consuming 1.5g for every pound of body weight or something.. anyone have any ideas or tips on this? thanks in advance

yeah approx 1.5g or 2.g per pound.............

1-2 grams per lb of body weight will do nicely

make sure u get ur protein from solid foods also...not just shakes......like tuna and chicken...
