    injection amount?

    how much can i safely inject into my delt? bicep? tricep? in ml?
    can i inject 2 ml into my shoulder without any dangers? and the same with the other muscles? just wondering

    I've injected up to 2ml in Delts, 3ml in quads and save Bi's and Tri's for water based.............

    You know I always hated homework but it was a had to do thing in school. This is research done on me to improve my appearance and performance. I never expect anyone to do my homework for me here. I'll take the time to research................

    I've injected as much as 3cc's into my delts. Then again my delts are probably the size of your carry on luggage when you travel. Next.

    I held on. Now let me explain the "ting" for you. If it says 250mgs/ml then that means 250 mgs per cc. In other words <<drumroll>> 1cc=1ml.

    damn! today and yesterday i have eaten only shitty food nothing healthy at all! just a lot of sauce, potato chips and chocolate.... today i have only eaten potatochips i woke up 1500 and then i ate some leftovers from last days supper... anyone else that have eaten the same stuff?:P

    That sounds similar to my diet. I just snack on chips throughout the day and dip them in chocolate sauce. Just so my body doesnt get accustomed to it I'll use strawberry syrup and pour it over the chips, kind of like nachos. Nothing like a Carb/fat diet............................

    You left out a very important element......hydration. A gallon of beer a day does it for me.
