hi this is going to be my first cycle besides clen that i took about a year back i was wonder if i need to take clomid as a post cycle therapy and what is the proper way to take it if i take it with tribulus

Most people run 50mg of Clomid for ~2wks, starting the day after your last var dosage... however, that time isn't set in stone...

Get your diet/training in check before running AAS as well...

How about some stats? Goals?

Dude, at 19, you don't need to be using anything....

How tall are you? Unless you're pretty short, 180lbs isn't that big of a natural base at that bf%... no offense.. you could just do so much more naturally before using anything.... JMO....

I wanted to 'use' before that age, and I held off for a couple years.... glad I did... give it some serious thought...

And yes, that's 'enough'... it's more than enough lol.. it's how I ran Var when I ran it, was good... but, again, I suggest you wait another year or 2 (or more)...
