    Routine on Roidage

    Im not a newbie by any stretch of the imagination....but i can always see the advantage of seeking advise....

    Im looking to bulk, not cut, and at the moment im focusing mostly on compounds. Any tips anyone wants to throw in.

    Im also on deca 220 mg/sust 250 per week

    Day1:
    Squats 5setsx5reps
    Front Squats 5x8
    Hamstring curls 5x8
    Calf Raises 5x25

    Day 2:
    Bench Press 5x7
    Shoulder Press 5x6
    Dips 5x14

    Day 3:
    Deadlifts 10x3
    Lat Pulldown 5x8
    Rows 5x6
    Bicep Curls 5x8
    Preacher DB curls 5x12,10,8,6,4

    Day4: Rest

    Day 5:
    The Bear: 4x6
    Cleans 5x6
    One Arm Snatch 5x8

    Day 6: Rest

    Day 7: Go again

    Your only taking 220mgs of deca and 250mgs of sust250?

    sorry 300mg deca
    s50 sust 250 a week

    in week 7 of 12...put on 14 lbs

    I don't like to critique training routines... as long as u are not overtraining u shld be good as long as u are pushing yourself.. it's apersonal preference thing as to what exercises u do... I know I have favorites, and then a cpl weeks later I don't feel like they are working the muscle as well as they were. So then I switch it up and find a new fav...

    as for your gear usage. I think u shld have run slightly higher doses, but I don't know if bumping them this late in the cycle wld have enough benefit...
    I don't use sust... I wld have run test e or c higher then the deca ... say 500mgs test, 400mgs of deca....

    I'll critque his training regiman. 3 days in a row with compound movements is a mistake. Your CNS has no time to recover. And your cycle is too light. 14 lbs, ok, but you coulda had 24 by now.

    he didnt ask anything about his cycle so why throw useless info out there?

    cycle isn't too light either, 550mg/wk isn't light.

    i'd also split up the legs/chest/back

    He mentioned what gear he was taking as a prelude to his workout routine, so he indeed did seek info. And he's on 250 mgs of test (4 esters) and 300 of deca which is typically regarded as a bad move. It's useless if he doesn't know what he is doing.

    i have 6 sust left....

    do i continue as i am
    sust 250 - 250mg a week
    deca - 300 mg a week

    for 6 more weeks

    or do i hit
    sust 250- 500mg a week
    deca - 400 mg a week?

    for 3 weeks

    or shall i just hit it up on my next cycle?

    The proportion between test and deca should be higher. More test and leave deca where it's at or if you wanna pussyfoot with low dosage, then lower your
    deca intake to 150 mgs. If low dosage is your thing, 400 mgs test/250 deca woud serve you better.

    No point in changing now. Finish up as planned. Run proper pct and plan the next one better. Hey, you gained 14 pounds right? Good luck.
