Hi...I just picked up some time released milk thistle caps.....its 280 mg caps...question is..should i take the daily dosage all at one time....which is 1000 mg....or should i spread it out during the day...being it "time released"

yeah i have the same kind.. how much did you pay for yours? it's actually kind of expensive no? i paid about $10 for 30 280mg pills..

I have protein from GNC called Mega Whey and it supposedly has 5 grams of glutamine for every 40g of protein.. any opinions on that?
