I would say at least ON+PCT=OFF
better would be

I always get bloodwork done and sometimes I take equal time off to time on but admittedly I will also take a month off after 2 months on if the endo says it's cool and I'm up for it. But I've been a competitive bodybuilder for years and wouldn't advocate this protocol for others. Just thought I'd throw that out there.
