Second Cycle
What is a healthy amount of time to wait after completing your pct to start your second cycle?

ON+PCT<OFF

Lookin ripped of a dbol test e cycle?
Im currently undergoing a cycle of 500 mg test e ew for 12 weeks and 30 mg d bol ed weeks 1-4. Im eating 4500 calories aday, 200 grams of protein and about 800 complex carbs. Im keeping the diet very very low fat thou. Are there any chances at looking ripped off a cycle like this with a very clean diet?

The key is: during PCT you must keep the diet clean and stay in the gym. And I agree with the Time On+pct=Time off theory...
Good luck, MJ

12 week cycle equals 4 weeks of PCT (at least) and 8 weeks off-cycle or time on equals time off. Good luck.

I think this brings up the age old question "how long is long enough"? I go instinctively. I always get bloodwork done and sometimes I take equal time off to time on but admittedly I will also take a month off after 2 months on if the endo says it's cool and I'm up for it. But I've been a competitive bodybuilder for years and wouldn't advocate this protocol for others. Just thought I'd throw that out there.
